# Make Disciples of all Nations
“‘Go therefore and make disciples of all nations’” Matthew 28:18-20 ESV

Christians Cussing and the Serrated Edge | Toby Sumpter

Scripture is our standard for what is edifying and ministers grace. If we are committed to reading and studying all of Scripture, we should want the power of language exemplified in Scripture, which is sometimes stronger or coarser than we might think is necessary. In our fight against sin, we want to appropriately mock and denounce and expose it, while not being tainted by it: “And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh” (Jude 23). But God’s Word is a sharp blade that cuts our sin, not a foam nerf sword that merely plays with it. This is why we need to recover the fullness of God’s Word. It must be recovered by pastors and elders first of all, and the whole blade needs to be brought to bear on our sin. We keep saying that our words need to be edifying, but if you look around and don’t see any edifice, any actual building, then maybe we should stop doing what we’re doing and do something else. Yes, we need to be full of the fruit of the Spirit, kindness included, all the way up to the brim. But that same Spirit inspired the whole Bible, and that Word is sturdy, firm, fierce, and fiery, and Christ intends for His bride to be washed in the water of that word. That Word is the only firm foundation for a house that will withstand the storms and winds and floods of the world.”

Household Prayer: Rule Well “Dominion is a fact – human beings simply have it. It’s God’s doing. We can’t abdicate…” More here:

Warrior Poet Society: Why We Left Public Education

“The Christian writer G.K. Chesterton said that we need to give children enough structure and discipline and understanding so that we can then “let good things run wild.”  That’s basically what we think education should be. Providing the skills and structure and love that children need to then navigate the world, to think independently, to explore, and cultivate a love of true learning.  This is contrary to education that cultivates role memorization, collectivist mindset, groupthink and neglects the many disciplines that were foundational for generations gone by. Groupthink could be the death of us all… Train Hard. Train Smart. And for the sake of our future, get rid of the devices and give them the world’s best books.

# Work and Keep
“The Lord God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it.” Genesis 2:15 ESV

Patriot’s Day – April 19, 1775 “This was the day the “shot heard ’round the world” was fired. It was the day America’s War for Independence began.”

“April 19th, 1993. The day the ATF and FBI burned men, women, and children alive under the guise of “protecting them” and getting “dangerous guns” off the street. These are the people our government wants to have more power over your lives in 2022… #NeverForget”

# Trained Men
“he led forth his trained men, born in his house, 318 of them” Genesis 14:14 ESV

The possibility and probability of losing power are great enough to warrant training for it. One of the best ways to assess your response to the inevitability of losing power is to stage a 72-hour power outage drill in your own home. Believing in the scenario is paramount to the process and what it reveals will strengthen your level of preparedness… To start the challenge, you can turn off the main breaker in your house. This is the most abrupt manner of cutting your power… An important element to any mock scenario training is to have a purpose. It is easy to assume a role or set yourself in a situation. What is the task you and your family must accomplish? Sitting around will lead to boredom. Quite literally, think constructively. Think about having to build something that will affect your survival in your home. Ever try basic carpentry without power tools? Ever attempt baking in a Dutch oven with just coals? Take note of what you can do when you lose the precious resource of power. It will give you an idea of what low-tech tools are available that will take the place of more modern tools… Immediately following your 72-hour power outage at home drill, you should conduct an after-action review. This should expose the issues you had during the event. Look at what you did right and where you experienced trouble. If you are reviewing with your family, make sure you set expectations like “don’t complain unless you have a solution.” There is no room for complaining in a disaster. This will avoid any unnecessary chatter and griping that is cancerous to the process.”

Preparing for the Unexpected — Food, Water, Shelter

“The Boy Scout motto is “Be Prepared.” For a Scout, that means being ready to help others at all times. It also means you are ready, willing, and able to do what is necessary for any situation that comes along… our basic needs haven’t changed throughout the centuries. Water, food, and shelter are at the top of the list. Following those are medical supplies, clothing, and tools — defensive tools and tools for planting, building, and maintaining… We have plenty of medical supplies, vitamins, and medications. We have lots of water — some in barrels, others in 5-gallon jugs, and yet more in the many 1-gallon jugs stored everywhere. We store both potable and non-potable water. The non-potable starts off as drinking water, but once it reaches a certain date, we keep it for uses such as bathing, flushing toilets, and general cleaning… We may or may not have power, so an alternative method of cooking with heat is important. We have a camp stove that runs from a propane tank, and we have several containers of canned heat. We also have a gas grill and a fire pit in the backyard. We have enough firewood to keep us warm for at least two months without power. We have enough food for our family for at least three months. And yes, we had a nice supply of toilet paper on hand. We also have some cast iron cookware for cooking over open flames.”

Colion Noir: Texas Woman Robbed At Knifepoint In Broad Daylight While Using ATM

“Criminals don’t stop being criminals because you pass a law on a piece of paper. Too many people live in a fantasy world where they genuinely believe they can ban their way to utopia. She got robbed at 5:10 pm, which is arguably the busiest time of the day. That should tell you something. These criminals don’t care about your gun control laws.”

In a confrontation, there is absolutely no question that victory favors the better-prepared individual… and it behooves one to ensure you have the skills to effectively defend yourself. Practice remains the key to success, and it will only be achieved by practicing the right things… In certain areas, civil unrest and a spike in violent crime have caused many people to re-evaluate their own personal safety… And if you are serious about personal defense, new shooters and old hands alike, you need to practice. But you need to do it wisely.”

USCCA: This Gun Law Is What Gun Owners Are Constantly Getting Wrong…

“If you operate under the assumption that the Castle Doctrine makes it legal to shoot people on your property, you’re in for a rude awakening. In this short informational video, U.S. Concealed Carry Association Director of Content Kevin Michalowski discusses common myths about Castle Doctrine and “stand your ground” laws and reminds viewers that no matter the circumstances, deadly force should always be your last resort.”

# Tyranny, crime, and other evils
“The kings of the earth set themselves… against the Lord and against his Anointed… He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision.” Psalm 2:1-4 ESV

IFI: [Illinois Gubernatorial candidate] Richard Irvin EXPOSED!

“Dan Proft and Amy Jacobson did a great job exposing the blatant lies, chicanery, and fraud coming out of the Richard Irvin for Governor campaign. Irvin, as mayor, imposed COVID-19 vaccine mandates on City of Aurora employees. Irvin threatened businesses in the City of Aurora if they didn’t comply with the mask mandate. And more…”

Colion Noir: Why Does Joe Biden Keep Lying About People Owning Cannons?

President Joe Biden using the Marxist tactic of repeating a lie often enough to make everyone think it’s true!

“I don’t know why Joe Biden keeps repeating this stupid statement that you couldn’t own a cannon when the Second Amendment was passed. Especially considering how many times it has been fact-checked as false, he still keeps saying it. The founding fathers wrote the Amendment because they wanted us to be able to defend against a tyrannical government; why would they write the Second Amendment and then limit the people to old, outdated arms? When the 2nd Amendment was passed, there were no federal laws about the type of gun you could own, and no states limited the kind of gun you could own… The Second Amendment didn’t say you can ban us from owning certain guns because you think we shouldn’t have them… Joe Biden has been making this stupid cannon argument for years and every year, it gets debunked, and he still keeps saying it. The Second Amendment doesn’t give the right to keep and bear arms; it protects it as a natural right.

“When Abram heard that his relative had been taken captive, he assembled his 318 trained men, born in his household, and went in pursuit as far as Dan.” Genesis‬ ‭14:14‬ ‭CSB‬‬

“The right to life is a good example of what legal historians refer to as an objective right: it is objective in the sense that it exists outside ourselves and is unalienable… The right to life imposes obligations: you must do everything in your power to preserve it.”

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
