“Praise the Lord! Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments. His descendants will be mighty on earth; The generation of the upright will be blessed.” Psalms 112:1-2 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/psa.112.1-2.NKJV
“For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us… who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.” II Corinthians 1:20, 22 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/2co.1.20-22.NKJV
Brothers, today I am praying for leadership in our households based on love for the Lord. I pray for a love that motivates us to pursue family worship. I also pray we trust in God’s promises. “The generation of the upright will be blessed.” Ps. 112:2b
“The idea of worshiping daily in my home with my wife and children made perfect sense and seemed to have ample biblical warrant to make me feel compelled to take up the practice. If Noah (Genesis 8:20), the Patriarchs (Genesis 12:7; 26:25; 35:1-2), Joshua (Joshua 24:15) and Cornelius (Acts 10) could lead their families in worship, surely by the help of the Holy Spirit I could, too… Leading your family to worship God in your home is a good, God-honoring work. The Lord will honor those who honor Him.” Family Worship for Dummies https://founders.org/2016/07/06/family-worship-for-dummies/
Proverbs for Parents as Teachers…
Instill Confidence
• Proverbs 1:10: “My son, if sinners entice you, do not consent.”
• Proverbs 1:15: “my son, do not walk in the way with them; hold back your foot from their paths.”
• I encourage you to speak words of affirmation and blessings over your family, friends, and neighbors as you work to instill confidence in your children and grandchildren.
Take and Receive Correction
• Proverbs 3:1: “My son, do not forget my teaching, but let your heart keep my commandments.”
• Proverbs 3:5: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding.”
• Proverbs 3:11: “My son, do not despise the Lord’s discipline or be weary of his reproof.”
• To give, take, and receive correction requires humility of both the giver and the recipient of correction. Ask the Lord to give you humility and a teachable spirit.
Say No to Temptation
• Proverbs 4:14-15: “Do not enter the path of the wicked, and do not walk in the way of the evil. Avoid it; do not go on it; turn away from it and pass on.”
• Telling a child “no” without giving a reason does not bear good fruit. As a parent, encourage your child and help them to develop courage. It helps if you speak with them about the consequences of temptation and following evil ways. Teach them God’s Word and the blessing found in obedience to it. Be clear in your reasoning for why we say no to evil and yes to God. Let them know that you are not trying to keep them from something but for something. When we were teaching our sons about saying no to temptation, we shared with them that they need to decide now to refrain from drugs, premarital sex, and other temptations before the temptation arises. While we taught them right from wrong, we knew it needed to be a discussion, and that it would ultimately need to be their decision to say no.
Model Hard Work
• Proverbs 13:4: “The soul of the sluggard craves and gets nothing, while the soul of the diligent is richly supplied.”
• All of us can make some contribution that makes a positive impact.
Demonstrate Commitment
• Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”
• Teach them to make a decision now to bring every situation and endeavor to the Lord, seeking His guidance and will in their lives.

THE GOOD NEWS
There is a God that created the heavens and the earth. We humans are created in His image.
We are sinners, we have rebelled against Him, our Creator. Our rebellion has brought “all manner of unrighteousness, evil, covetousness, malice… envy, murder, strife, deceit, maliciousness” to the world. Romans 1:29-31 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/rom.1.29-31.ESV
Therefore we justly deserve our due punishment of death and damnation, “as it is written: ‘None is righteous, no, not one; no one understands; no one seeks for God. All have turned aside; together they have become worthless; no one does good, not even one.’” Romans 3:10-12 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/rom.3.10-12.ESV
But good news! God is merciful and loving. Jesus is God the only begotten Son and He took our punishment upon Himself in our place. Jesus rose from the dead, defeating death and securing the hope of our salvation.
“For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Cephas, then to the twelve. Then he appeared to more than five hundred brothers at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep. Then he appeared to James, then to all the apostles. Last of all, as to one untimely born, he appeared also to me.” 1 Corinthians 15:3-8 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/1co.15.3-8.ESV
““Brothers, what shall we do?” And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.”” Acts 2:36-38 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/act.2.36-38.ESV
We need only repent and believe it. Repent: turn away from our sins, proclaim Jesus is lord and savior, and we will be forgiven our sins and have life ever after! “because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.”” Romans 10:9-11 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/rom.10.9-11.ESV
There is hope. Believe in Jesus! ““For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/jhn.3.16.ESV
It doesn’t matter who you’ve been or what you’ve done, God stands with arms wide open, ready to forgive you. “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/1jn.1.9.ESV
“God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble… “Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!” The Lord of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress. Selah” Psalm 46:1, 10-11 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/psa.46.1-11.ESV
Brothers, today I am praying for boldness in faith, boldness in love, boldness in witness, and boldness in our parenting. “Heavenly Father… Show us how we can obey Your command to ‘fear not’ and to trust in Your faithfulness and power… Fill us with trust in You that surpasses all understanding and free us from the bondage of fear. May Your Spirit fill us with great faith and peace today so that we can do Your will with joy and confidence. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.” – Awake America
Boldness – Fear not!
“Heavenly Father, help us to bring our fears to You, knowing that they will disappear in the light of Your glory. Show us how we can obey Your command to fear not and to trust in Your faithfulness and power — even when it seems that all hope is lost. Thank You that, in the midst of trials, troubles, and difficulties, You will never forsake Your children. Fill us with trust in You that surpasses all understanding and free us from the bondage of fear. May Your Spirit fill us with great faith and peace today so that we can do Your will with joy and confidence. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.” Awake America https://www.awakeamerica2022.com/
Pray for Peoria, America, and western civilization, pray for our children and future generations.
“Heavenly Father, thank You for the Biblical principles upon which Western civilization was founded. As forces in our culture seek to undermine godly values, help us to hold fast to the Truths of Your Word. Prepare me and all missionaries You have called to the West for the work of Your Great Commission. Guard us from being allured by the cultural temptations of comfort, emotionalism, and ease. Give us a burden for the lost in our midst, that we would be bold, humble, and loving ambassadors for You as we go out into our communities. I pray in the name of Jesus. Amen.” Awake America https://www.awakeamerica2022.com/

Brothers, I’m praying as Pastor Hunt, the Jamestown Chaplain did in 1607, that we raise up Godly generations to “take the Kingdom of God to all the earth” and dedicate the land “to reach the People within these shores with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.” As the people of Christ we have a mission and a purpose. To know God and make Him known. Praise God!
“Make a joyful shout to the Lord, all you lands! Serve the Lord with gladness; Come before His presence with singing.” Psalms 100:1-2 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/psa.100.1-2.NKJV
“We do hereby Dedicate this Land, and ourselves, to reach the People within these shores with the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and to raise up Godly generations after us, and with these generations take the Kingdom of God to all the earth. May this Covenant of Dedication remain to all generations, as long as this earth remains, and may this Land, along with England, be Evangelist to the World.” – Pastor Robert Hunt, the chaplain of Jamestown, knelt upon the cross and offered a prayer of dedication after landing at Virginia May 14, 1607. We have been told that we people are the chance result of impersonal chaos working its dark magic on the universe… The outcome of such thinking? Humanity is disenchanted…
But this is not the biblical account of man… God, the beautiful one, made the human race as his capstone work, his corporeal masterpiece (Ps 8:3-6; 27:4) … The imago dei marks out humanity as an enchanted race. Tragically, humanity disenchanted itself by following the anti-wisdom of the serpent…
If we have assumed… that our children learned what they needed to know simply by ecclesial and cultural osmosis, let us be clear that we may hold this assumption no longer. Now is not the time to play down our doctrine of mankind; now is the time to teach it with confidence and with joy, seeking to be witnesses to fellow sinners and guides to all God’s flock.
“Reenchanting Humanity: a theology of mankind” by Owen Strachan
1 Peter 2:9 (NASB) [9] But you are A CHOSEN RACE, A royal PRIESTHOOD, A HOLY NATION, A PEOPLE FOR God’s OWN POSSESSION, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;
“The difference between the old and the new education being, in a word, the old was a kind of propagation—men transmitting manhood to men; the new is merely propaganda.” ― C.S. Lewis, The Abolition of Man
Brothers, the first few weeks getting back into school in our household can be a bit chaotic. I’m praying today for peace, joy, and purpose. I pray that a purposeful, peaceful, and joyful home would bear witness to the hope that is in us, our Savior Jesus Christ! I also pray that peace, joy, and purpose would endure as part of our household, CC community, and church culture. Blessing, brothers.
“We long to see our children walking in a “sincere faith” (2 Tim. 1:5), “strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus” (2 Tim. 2:1), and “thoroughly equipped for every good work” (2 Tim. 3:17)… Peter called his spiritual children “a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation” (1 Pet. 2:9). Families that follow Christ together will be different than the surrounding culture. We will have different priorities, practices, and principles. Embrace those differences and make them part of the family culture. Sunday is great place to start. Make Sunday more than just attending a service—make it an all-day event. Enjoy a sabbath rest together and see how it shapes the rest of your week…” From 5 WAYS TO FOLLOW CHRIST AS A FAMILY https://www.ltw.org/read/articles/2021/05/5-ways-to-follow-christ-as-a-family

What do we do?Pray!-and-We must, by all means, support local farmers and livestock producers!
Confess and repent of sin. Worship the one true God. Declare His glory among the nations. Take dominion and make disciples of all nations!
Chose to buy meat and produce from local producers.
Buy local! It may cost a little more than Walmart or Amazon, but consider: * it is an investment in your neighbor, showing your love toward them * it is an investment in your liberty and the liberty of your children and their children! * It is an investment in your health. Knowing where your food comes from and how it is produced
Share local resources with your church fellowship so whole local fellowships support and pray for local food producers. Perhaps start local food banks and soup kitchens.
Even more so if they are brothers in the faith. If they are in a local church fellowship, then rejoice in paying them a true and fair price that they may prosper and be a blessing to the community.
“You should go into every business relationship with a brother looking to give something additional, rather than to get something additional. Don’t expect discounts because you are a brother. Try, when possible, to give something additional because he’s a brother… This spirit of grace and generosity does not take Mammon out of your hands, but it most certainly takes you out of Mammon’s hands.” Gashmu Saith It: How to build Christian communities that save the world, by Douglas Wilson https://canonpress.com/products/gashmu-saith-it/
Get to know the local owners and operators of farms and livestock personally.
Pray for their well being and success, and let them know you are praying for them.
Start a garden.
Every home have a garden. Like the “victory gardens” of old. Start a farm or livestock herd if you can. Gardener, “those professionals who work the soil but do not as a general rule rely on heavy machinery.”, is # 5 of the top 20 durable trades. https://a.co/ek9jv5Q
“Victory gardens were vegetable gardens planted during the world wars in order to ensure an adequate food supply for civilians and troops. Government agencies, private foundations, businesses, schools, and seed companies all worked together to provide land, instruction, and seeds for individuals and communities to grow food.” https://gardens.si.edu/gardens/victory-garden/
“Build houses and dwell in them; plant gardens and eat their fruit. Take wives and beget sons and daughters.. And seek the peace of the city where I have caused you to be carried away captive, and pray to the Lord for it; for in its peace you will have peace.” Jeremiah 29:5-7 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/jer.29.5-7.NKJV
Inform your civil magistrate, who is under the authority of Jesus (Romans 13:1,4).
Urge civil magistrates (county board, mayor, governor) to support and protect local agriculture, farms, and livestock producers. Ask your local, state, and national representatives to protect them! As God’s minister they must be informed by the Church of God’s truth and grace. And what is the Church but we the living stones!
If you love your neighbor and do not want to see them fall victim to these wicked schemes of total global control, population control, and mass starvation, then you must be be involved!
I don’t think anyone denies that the climate is changing. The climate does change. It may even change wildly over hundreds and thousands of years like the magnetic poles. I do deny the elites of globalism like the UN and WEF that promise to “fix” the climate if we allow them to take away our personal liberty and property. That is a sin.
“For he is God’s minister to you for good… for he is God’s minister, an avenger to execute wrath on him who practices evil.” Romans 13:4 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/rom.13.4.NKJV
Provide for your family, church, and community.
Water, food, shelter, security!

“Mike Brabo, an expert in growing food and surviving under communism, shares his short thoughts in this video and more to come. SHARE his full talk with others so they can be warned of the times ahead. The difference between hoarding and prudence is found in scripture. When men hoard, they amass bigger barns for themselves with no thoughts on God’s purposes (Luke 12:13-24), however, prudent Christians should forsee the evil coming and hide themself (Proverbs 22:3) and store up enough to sustain themselves, and enough to give to those in need (2 Corinthians 8:12).” https://rumble.com/vt3ma7-the-fragile-food-supply-and-food-for-life.html?mref=hqg49&mrefc=2

“”Xi Jinping’s regime is fearful of many things; one thing being people with religious beliefs,” said Gina Goh, ICC’s Regional Manager for Southeast Asia. ”They want to ensure Chinese citizens are loyal to the CCP’s ideology and nothing else. This fear translates into church crackdown, ‘re-education camps’ for Uyghurs, and demolition of Buddhist statues. House churches are bracing themselves for potentially the worst clampdown since the Cultural Revolution.””
““Blessed are those who are persecuted for righteousness’ sake, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. “Blessed are you when others revile you and persecute you and utter all kinds of evil against you falsely on my account. Pray for our wives, our children, and our community into the next school year.
Set the foundation of the fear of the Lord in our children’s hearts, minds, and soul.
Proverbs 1:2-4,7 (NASB) [2] To know wisdom and instruction, To discern the sayings of understanding, [3] To receive instruction in wise behavior, Righteousness, justice and equity; [4] To give prudence to the naive, To the youth knowledge and discretion… [7] The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge; Fools despise wisdom and instruction.
The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge;
“This verse affirms that all knowledge begins with the fear of the Lord… for nearly four centuries, Americans believed that the fear of the Lord was the beginning of academic knowledge. For example, America’s first college, Harvard, was established in 1636, and its rules declared:
Let every student be plainly instructed and earnestly pressed to consider well the main end of his life and studies is to know God and Jesus Christ which is eternal life (John 17:3) and therefore to lay Christ in the bottom as the only foundation of all sound knowledge and learning. And seeing the Lord only giveth wisdom, let everyone seriously set himself by prayer in secret to seek it of Him (Prov. 2, 3). Everyone shall so exercise himself in reading the Scriptures twice a day that he shall be ready to give such an account of his proficiency therein…”
“In 1779, when chiefs from the Delaware Indian tribe brought George Washington three youths to be trained in American schools, Washington reaffirmed that the fear of the Lord was still central to American education. Commending the chiefs for their decision, he told them: ‘You do well to wish to learn our arts and ways of life, and above all, the religion of Jesus Christ. These will make you a greater and happier people than you are. Congress will do everything they can to assist you in this wise intention.’ By George Washington’s own words, what youth learned in America’s schools ‘above all’ was ‘the religion of Jesus Christ’ -that is, ‘the fear of the Lord’” – The Founders’ Bible, 2012, Shiloh Road Publishers
But now, O God, strengthen my hands…
When the work aligns with God’s will, God will see it completed.
There is a quote in the book “Gashmu Saith It” that says “Education is one of the central instruments given to us by God for the establishment and perpetuation of a culture.”
Gashmu, or Geshem as the name is translated in the ESV, is a minor critic of the rebuilding of God’s temple in Nehemiah 6:
“In the same way Sanballat for the fifth time sent his servant to me with an open letter in his hand. In it was written, “It is reported among the nations, and Geshem also says it, that you and the Jews intend to rebel; that is why you are building the wall…” Then I sent to him, saying, “No such things as you say have been done, for you are inventing them out of your own mind.” For they all wanted to frighten us, thinking, “Their hands will drop from the work, and it will not be done.” But now, O God, strengthen my hands… So the wall was finished… in fifty-two days. And when all our enemies heard of it, all the nations around us were afraid and fell greatly in their own esteem, for they perceived that this work had been accomplished with the help of our God.” Nehemiah 6:5-9, 15-16 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/neh.6.5-16.ESV
Continue the work of setting the foundation of the fear of the Lord for our children even in the face of opposition, fear, and doubt!
““They set up kings, but not by Me; They made princes, but I did not acknowledge them. From their silver and gold They made idols for themselves— That they might be cut off.” Hosea 8:4 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/hos.8.4.NKJV
Confess and repent of sin. Worship the one true God. Declare His glory among the nations. Take dominion and make disciples of all nations!
“Sow for yourselves righteousness; Reap in mercy; Break up your fallow ground, For it is time to seek the Lord, Till He comes and rains righteousness on you.” Hosea 10:12 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/hos.10.12.NKJV
# Tyranny, crime, and other evils “The kings of the earth set themselves… against the Lord and against his Anointed… He who sits in the heavens laughs; the Lord holds them in derision.” Psalm 2:1-4 ESV https://bible.com/bible/59/psa.2.1-4.ESV
If people want to prevent food supply from being used as a tool to control them, they need to find alternative sources of food locally, Newman said. “You need to have a relationship with the local farmers in your community, get to the local farmers market, deal with the local farmers… if you have agricultural land, do not sell out to these people. They’re trying to bribe the farmers to leave their land.

“But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.” I Timothy 5:8 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/1ti.5.8.NKJV
Love your neighbor and love one another.
Biden admin literally said “This is about the future of the liberal world order”
“The White House openly stated that you’re just going to have to pay more in gas so that they can hold the “liberal world order” together and it barely registers as breaking news. They’re telling you EVERYTHING they plan to do and most don’t even care. WAKE UP!” – Lauren Boebert
The Chinese regime forces peasants to move to megacities, farmers are killed in South Africa, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the United States proposed a new rule that could bankrupt small and medium farmers.
“Biden’s policies are deliberately driving up energy prices… What Americans need to understand is that this administration and their left-wing allies are at war with Middle America… all in on the ‘green agenda’…What Can Germany Teach Us? … the green movement is on steroids in Germany… shutdown Germany’s coal plants… shut down Germany’s nuclear plants… And the German government, which followed the “green agenda,” has few options… Germany is now preparing to ration natural gas by 15%.”
“as Joe Biden demands we go green, communist China has a lock on everything necessary to “go green.” They have a lock on solar panels. They have a lock on battery manufacturing. They have a lock on rare earth minerals. In fact, communist China has a lock on rare earth minerals thanks in part because Hunter Biden helped Beijing land big deals in Africa. A lot of really smart, non-ideological people who study geopolitics and historical trends are warning that the wars in the future will be fought over control of natural resources. Countries will go to war over a desperate need for those resources. As we enter an era of natural resource wars, Joe Biden is destroying our advantage in natural resources and is making us dependent on communist China.”
Chinese-Owned Company Buys Up Farmland Near Strategic U.S. Airbase
“U.S. Senators Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.), and John Hoeven (R-N.D.) wrote July 14 to the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS), expressing concern over ‘Chinese food manufacturer Fufeng Group’s recent purchase of roughly 370 acres of land near Grand Forks, North Dakota.’ … The purchase was strategically located ‘approximately 12 miles from Grand Forks Air Force Base,’ argued the senators, raising concerns ‘that Fufeng operations could provide cover for PRC surveillance or interference with the missions located at that installation, given Fufeng Group’s reported ties to the Chinese Communist Party.’ … ‘Why would we let them come to our own country and buy up precious farmland that we need to feed our folks, [and to] use as exports to feed our allies?’ Perkins asked Cramer. Cramer responded, ‘We shouldn’t.'”
Dutch Farmers Are Rebelling Against ‘Great Reset,’
#Farmers #Netherlands #farms On the Ground With the Farmers Blockade; True Reason Why Elites Plan to Confiscate Land | Trailerhttps://youtu.be/dTtPrM4NB3U
“We are in the village of Erbeek in the Netherlands. This is the site of one of several dozen farmers’ protests that have sprung up across the entire country. These are real grassroots protests. They’re not really coordinated and there’s no top-down structure, but they’re just springing up everywhere. They are being initiated by farmers who are seeing new government regulations that are being proposed in the parliament as something of a death sentence for their farms: between 30 percent to 50 percent of farms might actually close down if these regulations go into effect.”
“Dutch farmers are fighting the globalist “Great Reset” agenda through their protests against aggressive new government climate policies… ‘the people governing this country are following the script written by the EU, to realize what they call a Great Reset. They want to make us more dependent on international supply chains. They want to weaken Dutch sovereignty and autonomy.’”
Dutch farmers are fighting the globalist “Great Reset” agenda through their protests against aggressive new government climate policies
“The United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for sustainable development informs government policies to restrict farming and transform the food systems in different parts of the world, said Alex Newman, an award-winning international journalist who has covered this issue for over a decade… The 2030 Agenda “covers every element of human life, every element of the economy,” including global wealth redistribution not only within the nations but also among the nations, Newman commented. The Agenda “specifically says that we need to change the way that we consume and produce goods,” he added… Newman said that, in his view, the U.N. ultimately wants to get rid of private land ownership. “We see this all over the world. This is not just happening in the Netherlands… He thinks that a war is taking place against farmers and ranchers, especially those who are independent or those who are not part of the system. “They want to remove small farmers, even medium farmers, from their land, and they want to bring it all under the control of these—I think there’s no other term to describe it—fascistic public-private partnerships.” Newman noted some examples to illustrate his opinion: The Chinese regime forces peasants to move to megacities, farmers are killed in South Africa, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the United States proposed a new rule that could bankrupt small and medium farmers.”
“If people want to prevent food supply from being used as a tool to control them, they need to find alternative sources of food locally, Newman said. “You need to have a relationship with the local farmers in your community, get to the local farmers market, deal with the local farmers, come up with some agreement,” such as getting delivery of fresh, seasonal produce from the local farms for 100 bucks a week, he said… “If you have agricultural land, do not sell out to these people. They’re trying to bribe the farmers to leave their land.””
Illinois: Darren Bailey for Governor!
“Friends, this race is about jobs and crime and on those issues voters know JB Pritzker has failed us all. To everyone who feels over-taxed, over-regulated, and ignored by Springfield, I hear you. Because I am you.” https://youtu.be/GW3nCMGfT3E – https://baileyforillinois.com

“They chose new gods; Then there was war in the gates; Not a shield or spear was seen among forty thousand in Israel.” Judges 5:8 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/jdg.5.8.NKJV
When the men of a nation turn away from God they also tend to turn away from their responsibility to defend their families, communities, and nation! It’s a “moral vanity” as Jack Carr has labeled it (https://a.co/bgOdVwy). “Not a shield or spear was seen among forty thousand in Israel.”
Deborah was mocking the men of Israel after God gave her the victory! “for the Lord will sell Sisera into the hand of a woman.” Judges 4:9 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/jdg.4.9.NKJV
Be armed, get trained, and be prepared to protect your loved ones and community from psychopaths!
We need hundreds of equipped and trained God fearing men in every home and public setting! “Greater love has no one than this, than to lay down one’s life for his friends.” John 15:13 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/jhn.15.13.NKJV
“Elisjsha Dicken did not escalate anything; in fact, he dramatically and decisively de-escalated it in the only possible way, given the circumstances… [reject] radically pacifist or “namby-pamby” view of Jesus — the view that he would never endorse an act of violence for any purpose, even if it’s necessary to save lives. It implies that Elisjsha Dicken should have run for cover and allowed the Greenwood shooter to kill another dozen or two people. That’s wrong, if not downright blasphemous… When Elisjsha Dicken pulled out his gun to stop a shooting spree, he had every reason to believe he might attract the shooter’s aim and be killed himself. Fortunately, he was not, and he is among the living whose lives he saved. If Elisjsha Dicken had been killed, the rest of us could at least take comfort in the words of Jesus as quoted in John 15:13. ‘Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.’ Elisjsha Dicken is not only a Good Samaritan. He’s a very good one. Give him a medal.”
“Israeli police say a Palestinian terrorist stabbed a man on a bus in Jerusalem on Tuesday before being shot dead by a bystander… A Ynet news photographer shot the alleged attacker before officers arrived at the scene.
“’I got out of the car, loaded my gun and realized it was a terror attack. The stabber came to me, I did not hesitate and fired one bullet at him. I heard him praying in Arabic,’ Meshi Ben Ami told the Kan public broadcaster.”
Uvalde Update: Over one hour to stop the mass shooter!
There must be, at least, a discussion about the corrupt incompetence of the response to the Uvalde school shooting! Really, an investigation into how a police force can fail so badly. It wouldn’t hurt to question the mental stability of school officials that think a no-guns sticker has the force, power, or magic to stop murderers from entering!
However, let’s not disregard two spiritual components:
Second, Hired hands have no skin in the game. In other words, depending on a stranger to protect your loved ones is not a good idea. You are the good shepherd of your flock. Protect them. John 10:13-14 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/jhn.10.13-14.NKJV

Christian men, you can NOT outsource your duty to protect your family. Period.
You can NOT use the “I’ll call A MAN (911) to rescue us if in trouble” excuse. BE THE MAN!
You are the man God has given the duty to.
Protect your children. Mind, body, and soul. Period.
No more excuses. Protect them.
If your children’s school does not have security in place, REMOVE THEM IMMEDIATELY and PROTECT THEM! Obviously the school administration is mentally ill if they think a NO GUNS sticker will magically protect your children.
KEEP: TO PROTECT AS A SWORD-BEARER
In “Genesis 2:15, we learn how man is to fulfill his calling: ‘The LORD God took the man and put him in the garden of Eden to work it and keep it.’ … Work. To work is to labor to make things grow… Keep. To keep is to protect and to sustain progress already achieved… KEEP: TO PROTECT AS A SWORD-BEARER shamar, which is translated by such English terms as “watch,” “guard,” “protect,” “take under custody,” or “exercise care” … His calling to Christian men is similar: we are to watch over and keep safe all that the Lord has put under our care… our basic mandate as Christian men is to cultivate, build, and grow (both things and people), but also to stand guard so that people and things are kept safe-so that the fruit of past cultivating and nurturing is preserved… In our families, our presence is to make our wives and children feel secure and at ease. At church, we are to stand for truth and godliness against the encroachment of worldliness and error. In society, we are to take our places as men who stand up against evil and who defend the nation from threat of danger.” The Masculine Mandate: God’s Calling to Men by Richard D. “But if anyone does not provide for his own, and especially for those of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever.” I Timothy 5:8 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/1ti.5.8.NKJV
“Many don’t feel a responsibility to be prepared to protect their spouses and children when that primal task can be outsourced; just call 911. A moral vanity has trumped the obligation to protect their lives and the lives of those they love; that is the job of the police in a civilized society, after all… Self-reliant men, capable of extreme violence in defense of their lives, their families, and of freedom makes some people nervous.” — In the Blood: A Thriller (Terminal List Book 5) by Jack Carr (emphasis added) https://a.co/bgOdVwy
“Therefore I positioned men behind the lower parts of the wall, at the openings; and I set the people according to their families, with their swords, their spears, and their bows. And I looked, and arose and said to the nobles, to the leaders, and to the rest of the people, “Do not be afraid of them. Remember the Lord, great and awesome, and fight for your brethren, your sons, your daughters, your wives, and your houses.”” Nehemiah 4:13-14 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/neh.4.13-14.NKJV
“The hired man, since he is not the shepherd and doesn’t own the sheep, leaves them and runs away when he sees a wolf coming. The wolf then snatches and scatters them. This happens because he is a hired man and doesn’t care about the sheep.” John 10:12-13 HCSB
“Blessed be the Lord my Rock, Who trains my hands for war, And my fingers for battle— My lovingkindness and my fortress, My high tower and my deliverer, My shield and the One in whom I take refuge, Who subdues my people under me.” Psalms 144:1-2 NKJV https://bible.com/bible/114/psa.144.1-2.NKJV
